Marketing Your Property

I will be using a range of modern and traditional marketing methods, maximising the exposure of your home across the major property portals Rightmove & Zoopla, as well as promoting your home on my social media channels including Facebook & Instagram.

I will also check my database of qualified buyers and contact them to discuss your property with them.

Good quality photography, floor plans and well written property descriptions come as standard.

Prompt and constructive feedback will be given after every viewing and the negotiating of offers will be dealt with by me personally, as will the sales progression once a sale has been agreed.

Viewings

There is extensive phone and online coverage as well as the use of social media. This means that prospective purchasers can get in contact either through my office, my websites, property portals, my social media accounts or email. As an independent personal estate agent, it really couldn’t be any easy to get in touch with me, book a viewing or enquire about a property.

As I pride myself on my quality service and attention to detail, I only keep a limited number of properties on the market at any one time to ensure I give my utmost attention to my customers, their property, potential buyers and offer you a higher level of service that I feel each customer deserves. This means you wont be competing for my time and I’ll always be on hand to give you my full attention.

All viewings will be handled by me, so from our initial meeting I will find out about all the key points and the reasons you bought the property which in turn I can discuss with the potential buyers upon viewings. Some estate agencies will have different people who handle the valuations, viewings, marketing updates and sales progression which can mean you never speak to the same person or have less experienced team members handing your sale. With me I am accountable throughout the entire process and will deal with all aspects of the sale.
